New project cooperation between POLIN Museum and EWC

The long-standing partnership between POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews and the EWC is strengthened with a new 4-year project bringing Polish and Norwegian students and teachers together for educational activities in both countries.

Funded by the EEA and Norway Grants, the project will consist of workshops, intercultural exchanges and implementation of local actions, with the first activity scheduled for autumn 2020 – a workshop for students and teachers at Utøya, Norway. By linking historical events from Poland and Norway to current challenges such as inclusion and prevention of racism and hate speech, the project aims to strengthen the participants’ democratic competences and active participation. More information will be announced shortly.
