Responsible for the strategic development and operational management of Association for Citizenship Teaching (ACT). Provide inspiration and advice on best practice in Citizenship education. ACT exists to further the aims of citizenship teaching and learning in the UK by supporting teachers and schools in delivering Citizenship as a subject.
To highlight recent and ongoing research activities, scholars and other education professionals are invited to publish their views on current research topics and scholarly debates in The EWC Statement Series.
Each year the EWC publish the collection of statements as a booklet, both as a printed and online version.

In co-operation with different partners, the EWC has started to work on an intercultural glossary project in the field of education for democratic citizenship, human rights and intercultural understanding.
The aim is to provide an online resource for education professionals offering definitions and discussions of key concepts, as well as methods for concept learning.
