The mailing list offers you an opportunity to connect with peers all over the world, by initiating and contributing to ongoing discussions, receiving and sharing project ideas, training opportunities, upcoming events, conference outcomes and other relevant issues in the field of EDC, HRE and ICE.

The mailing list is a tool where members of the Share&Connect Database can circulate and discuss relevant issues and ideas in the field. All members are free to submit their contribution and to reply to ongoing topics, in accordance with the mailing list policy.


Mailing List Policy

• Messages should be directly related to Education for Democratic Citizenship, Human Rights Education and/or Intercultural Education;
• Only messages and submissions in English will be distributed to the mailing list users;
• Links to relevant websites are welcome, but due to viruses and technical hurdles attachments cannot be distributed;
• The mailing list will be moderated from Monday to Friday, CET 9am-4pm;
• All submissions will be reviewed by the EWC before distribution, and the participants are encouraged to keep the text focused and relevant to the topic;
• Submissions will be forwarded to the mailing list on an ongoing basis. If only short notices, the messages will be gathered and forwarded within 2 weeks;
• People using the mailing list are coming from different parts of the world and might have different views. Please be respectful towards this.
• The submissions distributed are the sole responsibility of the author, and do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of the EWC;
• Submissions will be archived and available to the users from the Share&Connect site;
• EWC reserves the right not to forward messages which are not in accordance with the mailing list policy, and/or are offensive;
• EWC also reserves the right to delete users who submit offensive material, spam or in other ways misuse the service;
• Being part of the mailing list is optional, and you can at any time subscribe/unsubscribe by editing your profile.
