This theme will be discussed during a "Think-Tank" taking place 4 - 7 October in Oslo, gathering school heads and teachers from cities belonging to the Intercultural Cities Network, Nottingham and Stockholm.

In the summer of 2010, the Council of Europe’s Secretary General, Thorbjørn Jagland, asked an independent “Group of Eminent Persons” to prepare a report on the challenges arising from the resurgence of intolerance and discrimination in Europe.
