The University of Teacher Education Central Switzerland (PHZ) is starting an international advanced qualification, the "Certificate of Advanced Studies CAS in Human Rights Education" in January 2012. It aims to qualify the participants for a role as trainers and multipliers of human rights education for their specific context.
